At Single Baked Sweets, we’re on a mission to make homemade simplified. Founded April 2018 by Melissa Stefaniak – an at-home baker and lover of desserts – our single-serve dessert kits make it possible for you to bake-at-scale with real ingredients.

Now you can get the satisfaction of a made-from-scratch dessert, but without the temptation to consume more than your 'fair share' or the guilt from throwing out the excess leftovers.
